What are Patterns
These are operational models, some typical of each market phase, while others are shown in several market phases. Among these are the break patterns.
Breaking pattern
They are the break-outs of the price, resistance or support, graphically marked by an arrow, which indicates the direction, and an acronym, which classifies the type of pattern. There are two different patterns, each of them has different characteristics and operational dynamics; it is sufficient to contextualize them with the current market phase to gain more operational advantage.
The software classifies break-outs into two categories: those that give rise to a new movement and those that continue the current movement.
Pattern “BO”
The break-out at the beginning of the movement is marked “BO”, while color and arrow indicate the direction to follow. This type of pattern may or may not be followed by continuation break-outs in the same direction.
Pattern “bo”
The continuation break-out is marked “bo”, while color and arrow indicate the direction to follow. This type of pattern is found in the trend.
